Barbaro Tours Morocco provides tours, excursions and transport services in Morocco. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you make a booking enquiry through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Who we are

What we collect
When you submit the booking form, we collect only what you type into it:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your country
- The tour you are interested in, your travel dates, and the number of travellers
- The amount and currency for the booking
- Any special requests you choose to give us
- Which of our websites you booked through, and the date and time of your enquiry
We do not ask for payment card details through this website.
Sensitive details in special requests
The special requests field is free text. If you tell us about dietary requirements, accessibility needs, medical considerations or an occasion such as an anniversary, that information can reveal something about your health, beliefs or personal life. We collect it only because you chose to tell us, and we use it only to arrange your trip properly, for example to book a suitable vehicle, plan an accessible route or arrange appropriate meals.
If you would prefer not to have this written down, leave the field blank and tell your guide in person instead.
Why we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry, and to confirm or decline your booking
- To organise your trip, including assigning a guide, driver and vehicle
- To keep accurate financial and accounting records for the business
- To contact you about your booking
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. We use the following service providers, who store or handle data on our behalf:
- Hostinger — hosting for this website
- Supabase — the database where bookings and client records are stored
- Our email provider — to notify our team when a new enquiry arrives
- Suppliers involved in your trip, such as a hotel or activity provider, who receive only the details they need to deliver your booking
These providers operate internationally, which means your information may be stored or processed outside Morocco.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and accounting records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements. Enquiries that do not result in a booking are kept for a shorter period.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information, where we are not legally required to keep it
- Stop contacting you

Cookies
